Rooted in a legacy of craftsmanship, Seaside Building & Renovation was founded by fourth-generation cabinet maker, designer, and builder, Mike Dougherty. With a rich experience that spans over 35 years, Mike’s journey began in the quaint locales of Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard, and eventually found a home in the heart of the south. Today, our team at Seaside Building & Renovation, backed by a collective experience of over 95 years, is proud to serve an elite clientele, building and renovating homes that are not just structures, but embodiments of dreams. Over the years, our work has added charm and value to numerous neighborhoods in Kiawah, Folly Beach, downtown Charleston, Johns Island, Sullivan Island, Isle of Palms, and Mt Pleasant’s Dunes west, Park West, and Rivertowne.
